This letter is simply to tell you how impressed and happy we are with the kitchen remodel project your company and your employees have provided us.

The quality of work and service, along with the products provided, have all been excellent. Jack Rich, in particular, is an exceptional contractor/foreman, and his primary crew of Jesus and Chuck make up a very effective team. And, of course, Mark the Granite Man did, what I am told, is his usual impressive installation.

Initially, we were concerned that doing business with a San Leandro company, just geographically speaking, might not be in our best interests. However, once Jack and Kerri came here to measure, provide estimates, etc., we were comfortable enough to come visit your company and get more specific. At that meeting Jack indicated he could either work with our existing contractor, or essentially be the contractor himself. We are happy that we made the decision to put Jack in that prime position.

This was a major remodel that included moving all the plumbing, bringing gas to a new range, putting in a new floor, all new cabinetry topped with granite (including splash), modification of a skylight, all new electrical outlets and lighting, you name it. Jack and his crew handled everything or supervised sub-contractors in a very calm and effective manner. The remodel was effectively completed in six weeks…much sooner than most of the kitchen remodel horror stories we have heard from others.

If you folks at Best Marble & Granite Company need a good recommendation or a referral from us…YOU GOT IT!

We recently purchased granite through your company, and I felt compelled to write to congratulate you on what a fine company you run. We initially dealt with Jack when picking out the granite for our kitchen countertops and he was professional, very personable and efficient. When it was time for the installation, your company sent over two men, both named Alex. I've never seen two individuals work so hard nonstop. They came on a Thursday, had to return on Saturday morning to finish the job. They were both friendly, professional and very hard workers. The job that they did was absolutely beautiful! There was a particularly tricky section with corner windows and everyone who has seen the kitchen so far, has commented on that section in particular – it was done so well and seemed like such a difficult task.

I'm not really one to write letters to companies to compliment them on good service and product; I mean to, just never got around to it. And of course, it should be expected. However, this time I was compelled to mention the great work. Thank you, and I will never hesitate to recommend Best Marble to anyone.
